Can I Cancel/Return My Order?

Cancellations can be made if the order has not been produced or shipped yet.  Due to every order being produced custom to order, there are NO RETURNS or refunds on orders.

Can I Change My Order?

If your order has NOT shipped! Please contact us via email, text or instagram for further details, restocking fees of up to 60% of the orders total may apply.

My Decal Arrived Damaged

Please take pictures before opening the package and after opening the package and contact us via our contact form or by sending a text message to 803-374-5615. Messaging and data rates may apply - this phone only receives text messages and is only answered Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

How can I Track my order?

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, once your order ships you will then receive another email with your tracking information.  If you check out using Shop Pay then your Shop App will also update with tracking along with the email updates. Please only go by what your tracking states. I do not have any further information than the tracking shows and cannot gather any further information, if your order is delayed, please allow a few days prior to calling USPS for information.
